RETURNS POLICY
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unused in any way and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Please ensure you keep the tracking number in case the package is lost on its way back to our warehouse.

Your refund will be processed after the items have been inspected at our warehouse and confirmed to be in their original condition. This may take 4-7 days from receipt and may take longer during busy seasons. The refund will be issued back to the same payment method used when placing the order.

RETURN FEE
A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total. Please note that the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. See the return fee for your country below:

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Unclaimed shipments will be treated as a return. If you do not collect your parcel, it will be returned to us. Please note that the return fee will apply to all unclaimed orders to cover handling costs.

EXCHANGES
While we do not offer an exchange service, you are welcome to return any item within 14 days of receipt. For exchanges, please repurchase the preferred item after completing a return. Note that the returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused.

CLAIMS
If your order is damaged or faulty, please inform us within 14 days of receiving it. Reach out to us at support@meotine.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Please note that pilling and natural leather marks are not typically considered valid reasons for a claim, as these are natural effects caused by wear of wool and natural materials.

HOW TO RETURN

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you can do so through our return portal. https://app.traede.com/return-portals/63f5d9efcad3a

  • Pack your items using the original packaging in which the order was sent.
  • You will receive a return label via email after contacting our customer service.
  • Place the return label over the parcel, covering the original shipping label.
  • Drop off the parcel at the nearest service point of the carrier used for the return.
