At Meotine, we strive to ensure that your purchase is a satisfying experience. If your satisfaction is not achieved, we offer a 14-day return policy.

You have the option to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition.
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
• The items do not appear new.
• The 14-day return period has been exceeded.
• The items are not packaged securely.
• The items show signs of use such as marks, colors, odors, etc.
• Hangtags or labels have been removed/damaged.

How do I initiate a return?
Send us an email at with your order number and email, and we will provide you with a return label.

While we cover shipping and handling costs at the time of purchase, any expenses related to returns are the responsibility of the customer which includes taxes and custom duties, while the handing fee which will be deducted from the order value.


OBS: Due to the ongoing sale, there is a longer processing time for returns, and a delay of 4-5 days is anticipated

Once your return is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress on the shipping company's website. Please save this tracking number in case of unforeseen issues.

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect and process your return within 5-7 business days. Note that delays may occur during busy periods. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method, taking 4-10 banking days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchange services. If you wish to have a different item or size, please place a new order on our website.
